The Vintage rotisserie system features a 12,500 BTU flush-mounted infrared burner, a heavy-duty stainless steel spit & tine assembly and electric motor for hands-free operation. Our smoking system uses a drawer that pulls out from the control panel and is equipped with a 4,500 BTU smoker burner. No need to remove grates to re-load a smoker box. Just pull the drawer out and add your chips!.
