Is the 74z zero clearance insert available now?

Will this stove qualify for the 26% tax credit? On your website it says 78% but the Buck stove website says 73%.

Unfortunately we had a typo on the efficiency of this Buck Stove Model 74-ZC. The efficiency rating of this stove is 73% and does not qualify for the tax rebate. What type of vent duct is required?
