The Kingsman ZCV3622 features a clean view front which allows you to bring your style right up to the viewing area of the fireplace. At 19,000 BTUs it will provide a modest amount of heat that won't cook you out of your room. This fireplace is very popular for installations that do not require a large fireplace.
The millivolt valve system in this fireplace does not use electricity, instead it has a standing pilot which allows operation during a power outage with hi-low heat and flame adjustment. This fireplace has a flame sensor that continuously monitors the pilot flame and provides 100% gas shut off if the pilot is not sensed, offering safety and reliability throughout your fireplace operation.

GAS DIRECT VENT FIREPLACES
A gas direct vent fireplace is the most popular choice by both builders and homeowners for new construction or a remodel. These fireplaces burn efficiently enough to be a heat source but not too efficient to where the fire lacks realism. The term direct vent refers to the pipe within the pipe venting system that allows the fireplace to be vented both vertically or horizontally (see the manual below for more specifics ). You do not use any room air that you have already paid to heat to operate the appliance. These fireplaces can be installed into wood-framed cavities while being mindful of minimal clearances around the fireplace (see the appliance manual below). Accessories like remote controls, blowers, interior liners, and different fascias (on most models) make it possible to stylize the fireplace to your homes needs.

Whether installing into a masonry chimney or into an a round metal Class A Chimney pipe, direct vent appliances need the proper components to function properly and safely. DIRECT VENT CHIMNEY Pipe
