TEC GRILLS
TEC Grills introduced infrared grilling in 1978, now they have perfected it. No hot spots, no cold spots, just even cooking across the entire grilling surface. What you get is a completely even cooking temperature across the entire grilling surface. Hit the gas and your TEC can reach temperatures of 900 degrees in 10 minutes. Pump the breaks and cook low and slow at temps down to 200 degrees.
