A: The best types of woods to burn are hardwoods such as birch, ash, oak, maple, etc... These woods generally have the hottest and longest burn times and are typically cleaner to handle.
A: The ceiling baffles come pre-installed in the insert above the secondary air tubes. If they were not included with your insert when purchased, we suggest contacting the place of purchase for replacement.
A: To install a TV above a fireplace, you must ensure clearances to combustibles are maintained. Elevated temperatures on the wall or in the air above a fireplace can cause melting, discoloration, or damage to a TV or other electronic components.
