What type of fire wood to use?

The best types of woods to burn are hardwoods such as birch, ash, oak, maple, etc... These woods generally have the hottest and longest burn times and are typically cleaner to handle. If you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks

Where can I find the ceiling bricks for my insert?

The ceiling baffles come pre-installed in the insert above the secondary air tubes. If they were not included with your insert when purchased, we suggest contacting the place of purchase for replacement. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks

What is the position of the handle above the stove? I don’t seem to have enough air flow to support a flame.

Great questions. If you are looking at the front of the stove, the handle is installed on the right hand side of the stove.
