Opinion:

The Bull Bison is a very versatile charcoal grill that can be used as built-in or can be used with a freestanding cart. The engineers at Bull very much got this one right. The multiple air inlets allow you to control the rate at which the charcoal burns. The multiple air outlets are positioned properly for holding heat in the grill. The gasketed lid prevents unwanted air from entering the grill. The elevator controls the intensity of the heat in relationship to what you are cooking. The ash pull out drawer makes is easy to use for cleaning out ashes. A solid buy for anyone looking to cook with charcoal.
