There is nothing like the BBQing with charcoal. Gas grills are great. Easy to use, quick to get up to temperature. They cannot however duplicate the flavor of cooking with charcoal. The Coyote charcoal grill has a number of features that make it convenient to use. It has an adjustable charcoal rack to make it easy to bring the coals right up under that steak for a good sear.
