Atmosphere Backdraft Damper - 8"

The BDD-8 Atmosphere is an 8-inch backdraft damper designed for use in ventilation systems. Manufactured with galvanized steel, it can be easily mounted directly into the ventilation duct. The damper features two blades with independent hinges to prevent malfunctions and includes a neoprene gasket to ensure a quiet and sealed operation. It requires a static pressure of 0.04 to 0.08 inches to open and can be installed in any position. This damper is ideal for controlling airflow, preventing unwanted air from re-entering the ductwork, and maintaining indoor air quality.
